Health Log is designed to keep your data private by default.
Health Log does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on any server. There is no account, sign-in, or network connection required or used by the app.
All information you enter — weight, food, habits, and workouts — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage. It is never uploaded to iCloud, a third-party service, or any Health Log server, because no such server exists.
Health Log does not share your data with anyone, including the developer, because the developer has no access to it. The only way your data leaves your device is if you choose to export it yourself.
Health Log does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking of any kind.
You can delete your data at any time from the Profile tab, or by deleting the app, which removes all associated data from your device.
