By using Health Log, you agree to the following terms.

License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Health Log on your own devices for personal, non-commercial health journaling.

Subscriptions

Health Log offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Health Log Pro"), including Pro Monthly and Pro Annual, that unlock additional features.

• Subscription length and price are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings app under your Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via Manage Subscription in the Profile tab of the app.

No Warranty

Health Log is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for decisions you make based on that data. Health Log is a personal journaling tool, not a source of professional advice — see the Medical Disclaimer for more.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Health Log.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
